3.4. Розрахунки за виконані роботи проводяться Замовником щомісяця протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) календарних днів з моменту підписання Сторонами Акту приймання виконаних робіт форми КБ-2в і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт з форми КБ-3. Бюджетні зобов'язання за договором виникають у разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування (виникненні бюджетних зобов’язань), розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються при наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань, тобто при отриманні Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування цих робіт.
