Description:

Покупець здійснює оплату Товару в розмірі 100% від вартості Договору після підписання Договору, протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня отримання Покупцем від Постачальника відповідного рахунку-фактури. Рахунок-фактура надається Постачальником Покупцеві на наступний день після підписання Сторонами Договору. Акт приймання-передачі Товару (далі – Акт) підписується Покупцем після постачання Товару Постачальником, в разі відсутності зауважень до якості Товару. Постачальник надає Покупцю два екземпляри підписаного та скріпленого печаткою (у разі наявності) зі своєї сторони Акту після постачання Товару. Покупець повертає Постачальнику підписаний та скріплений печаткою екземпляр Акту протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дня отримання Акту від Постачальника, після постачання Товару, в разі відсутності зауважень.
