Покупець здійснює 100% передплату згідно рахунку-фактури. Оплата за Товар здійснюється Покупцем на поточний рахунок Постачальника шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на підставі Постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014р. № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», та Рішення УЖКГ. Ціни, вказані в видаткових накладних, з урахуванням податків і зборів, що сплачуються або мають бути сплачені, витрат на транспортування, страхування, навантаження, розвантаження, сплату митних тарифів, усіх інших витрат, та відповідно до цін, діючих на ринку на дані товари, та визначається у національній валюті України.
