Замовник – Розпорядник коштів на підставі виставленого Генеральним підрядником рахунку протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів перераховує Генеральному підряднику аванс (попередню оплату) згідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 р. №117 "Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" та абзацу 2 п.19 Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001р. №1764 у розмірі, що не перевищує 30% вартості річного обсягу робіт. Джерело фінансування закупівлі - кошти державного та місцевого бюджетів.

Description:

Проміжні та остаточний розрахунки за виконані роботи у розмірі 70% Замовник-Розпорядник коштів здійснює лише при умові надходження коштів з джерела фінансування, на підставі актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма №КБ-2в) і довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (форма №КБ-3), підписаних уповноваженими представниками Сторін, шляхом перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Генерального підрядника протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня підписання Сторонами форм №КБ-2в, №КБ-3, які готує Генеральний підрядник. Джерело фінансування закупівлі - кошти державного та місцевого бюджетів.
