Оплата наданих Виконавцем Послуг здійснюється Замовником у національній валюті України у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами Акту наданих Послуг. Оплата за Договором здійснюється Замовником відповідно до частини першої статті 49 Бюджетного Кодексу України за умови наявності бюджетного фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на фінансування цієї закупівлі. Замовник не несе відповідальності за виконання своїх зобов’язань щодо оплати у випадку відсутності бюджетного фінансування. Джерело фінансування – кошти місцевого бюджету
