Розрахунки проводяться з попередньою оплатою відповідно до бюджетного законодавства України та постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати, товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» у термін до 90 календарних днів з дня надходження коштів на придбання матеріалів у розмірі 30%. від загального річного обсягу. Підрядник протягом трьох місяців з дня надходження коштів, як попередньої оплати підтверджує їх використання згідно з актом (актами) приймання виконаних робіт з реконструкції об'єкта.

Замовником після надання Підрядником підписаного акту (актів) приймання виконаних робіт (за формою №№ КБ-2в, КБ-3), перевірки спеціалістами технічного нагляду, з яким Замовник укладає окремий договір, обсягів виконаних робіт з реконструкції об'єкта, їх якості та відповідності нормативним вимогам, проектно-кошторисній документації, умовам цього Договору та після підписання Замовником зазначеного акту (актів) з урахуванням надходження відповідних коштів на рахунок Замовника здійснює перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника протягом 10 робочих днів
