Вирішили: - відхилити тендерну пропозицію учасника ТОВАРИСТВА З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "НАДІЯ 2000". Підстави відхилення тендерної пропозиції згідно зі статтею 30 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі". 1) Відповідно до абзацу 2 пункту 1 частини 1 Статті 30 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» тендерна пропозиція учасника ТОВАРИСТВА З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "НАДІЯ 2000" не відповідає кваліфікаційним (кваліфікаційному) критеріям, установленим статтею 16 цього Закону: - Учасник у складі Тендерної пропозиції надав копію договору з виробником продукції, що закуповується, який діяв до 31 грудня 2018 року, що не відповідає умовам частини 2 Додатку №2 Кваліфікаційні критерії до учасників до Тендерної документації; - Учасник у складі Тендерної пропозиції надав довідку щодо виконання аналогічного договору, яка не містить інформації про досвід постачання натру їдкого технічного на електроенергетичні підприємства, що не відповідає умовам частини 3 Додатку №2 Кваліфікаційні критерії до учасників до Тендерної документації. 2) Відповідно до пункту 4 частини 1 Статті 30 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» тендерна пропозиція учасника ТОВАРИСТВА З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "НАДІЯ 2000" не відповідає умовам тендерної документації, а саме: - Учасник у складі Тендерної пропозиції надав довідку «довідка про відсутність санкцій.pdf 21 жовтня 2019 13:24», про те, що Учасник не перебуває під дією спеціальних економічних та інших обмежувальних заходів, яка не відповідає умовам Додатку №9 до Тендерної документації; - Учасник у складі Тендерної пропозиції надав довідку «ст.17.pdf 21 жовтня 2019 13:24», яка містить не повну інформацію щодо підтвердження відсутності підстав для відхилення тендерної пропозиції відповідно до вимог, встановлених в статті 17 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі», що не відповідає умовам Додатку №3 до Тендерної документації. Тендерний комітет апарату управління ПАТ «Центренерго» вирішив: Відмінити відкриті торги на закупівлю 24310000-0 Основні неорганічні хімічні речовини (Натр їдкий технічний (гідроксид натрію)) відповідно до абзацу 6 частини 1 Статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», оскільки допущено до оцінки менше двох тендерних пропозицій.
