Покупець повинен сплатити кожну партію Товару, що постачається на підставі видаткової накладної та Акту приймання-передачі Товару, підписаній представниками Сторін, не пізніше 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати фактичної поставки Товару Постачальником. Але, у разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 10 (десять) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
