Замовник до початку виконання робіт при наявності бюджетних коштів протягом 30 робочих днів з моменту підписання договору перераховує на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника аванс у розмірі 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт на придбання необхідних для виконання робіт будівельних та паливно-мастильних матеріалів. 10-2. Джерело фінансування закупівлі. - Кошти місцевого бюджету та Державного фонду регіонального розвитку.
