Розрахунки проводяться Замовником Підряднику після підписання Сторонами «Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» (форма №КБ-2в) і «Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати» (форма №КБ-3), складених у відповідності з положенням чинних ДСТУ, СОУ, по мірі надходження коштів з джерел фінансування. Попередня оплата (аванс) може здійснюватись у межах, що не перевищують 30% вартості річного обсягу послуг на строк не більше одного місяця за умови наявності належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів
