Description:

Розрахунки проводяться тільки за фактично виконані роботи протягом 30-ти календарних днів після підписання Замовником представлених Підрядником належно оформлених актів виконаних робіт (Форма КБ-2в) та довідки (Форма КБ-3), рахунку на оплату, шляхом проміжних платежів, при умові поступлення коштів на рахунок Замовника по даному об'єкту. Замовник вправі оплачувати тільки ті фактично виконані роботи, які підтверджені даними авторського та технічного нагляду. Фінансування робіт здійснюється за рахунок коштів підприємства та за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету, у випадку наявності призначень. Розподіл коштів щодо оплати робіт на 2019 та на 2020 роки в межах бюджетного фінансування буде обумовлено додатковими угодами до Договору, за наявності бюджетних призначень.
