Description:

Замовник перераховує Виконавцю послуг попередню оплату на строк не більше дев’яти місяців в розмірі 100 відсотків вартості послуги, визначеної пунктом 4.1. Договору, відповідно до підпункту 4-2 пункту 1 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 р. №117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти». Попередня оплата здійснюється в розмірі 100 відсотків плати продовж 5 робочих днів від дати підписання Договору Сторонами, якщо інше не визначено Додатковими угодами до Договору.
