Description:

Замовник може перерахувати Підряднику аванс, відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014 р. № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» (зі змінами), після того як Підрядник приступить до виконання робіт, в розмірі не більше 30% вартості річного обсягу робіт. Зарахування авансу здійснюється на підставі актів виконаних робіт (ф. КБ - 2в, ф. КБ - 3) протягом 90 днів з дати перерахування авансу, але не пізніше 25.12.2019, в іншому випадку Підрядник повертає кошти на рахунок Замовника.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться тільки за фактично виконані роботи після підписання Замовником представлених Підрядником належно оформлених актів виконаних робіт (Форма КБ-2в) та довідки (Форма КБ-3), рахунку на оплату, шляхом проміжних платежів, протягом 10 календарних днів та тільки в межах бюджетних призначень. Проміжні платежі за виконані роботи здійснюються в межах не більш як 95 відсотків їх загальної вартості за договірною ціною. Кінцеві розрахунки здійснюються Замовником після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених Договором робіт протягом 14 днів після підписання акта готовності Об’єкта до експлуатації.
