Description:

Здійснення Замовником щодекадних проміжних платежів за фактично виконані роботи в межах 95 (дев’яносто п’яти) відсотків виконаних робіт на підставі Акту виконаних робіт, підписаного уповноваженим представником Сторін з урахуванням авансу, при наявності відповідних бюджетних коштів на зазначені цілі на розрахунковому рахунку митниці відповідно до п. 19 Постанови КМУ від 27 грудня 2001 року № 1764. Здійснення Замовником кінцевої оплати за виконані роботи після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених Договором робіт, видачі Держархбудінспекцією або її територіальними органами сертифіката відповідності та за умови наявності відповідних бюджетних коштів на зазначені цілі на розрахунковому рахунку митниці.
