Розрахунки за Договором здійснюються з урахуванням положень Загальних умов за фактично виконані Роботи на підставі актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма №КБ-2В) та довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат (форма №КБ-3) на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника. Оплата фактично виконаних Робіт здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) календарних днів з дня підписання документів, зазначених в п. 4.3. Договору Замовником на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника при наявності коштів на реєстраційному рахунку Замовника в Державній казначейській службі України
