Description:

Попередня оплата може здійснюватись щомісячно у межах 30% від вартості завдання на наступний місяць, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 р. №117 “Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти”, терміном не більше одного календарного місяця відповідно до належним чином оформленого рішення головним/-ими розпорядником/-ами коштів та лише щодо послуг, надання яких здійснюється протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. При цьому загальна сума коштів, на яку здійснюється авансування помісячно, не може сумарно перевищувати 30 % від вартості річного обсягу послуг. Використаний аванс погашається на підставі актів наданих послуг за формами № КБ-2в та № КБ-3, підписаних уповноваженими представниками сторін. Невикористаний аванс повертається Замовнику.

Description:

Бюджетні фінансові зобов’язання за Договором виникають при наявності перерахованих коштів на рахунок Замовника від головного/-их розпорядника/-ів та у межах бюджетних асигнувань, установлених планами використання бюджетних коштів (зі змінами). Оплата послуг проводиться у межах одержаних асигнувань на казначейський рахунок Замовника за фактично надані обсяги послуг згідно з ф. № КБ-2в та ф. № КБ-3. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування не з вини Замовника, оплата за надані послуги здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
