Попередня оплата за послуги, що є предметом договору, здійснюється за заявкою Виконавця при наявності фінансових ресурсів, у розмірі, що не перевищує 30 відсотків вартості послуг. Виконавець зобов’язується надати послуги в обсязі суми попередньої оплати впродовж одного місяця з дня її отримання, але в будь-якому випадку не пізніше закінчення поточного бюджетного періоду визначеного Бюджетним кодексом. Джерело фінансування - кошти державного бюджету.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після надходження коштів на бюджетний рахунок в органах Казначейства, після підписання Сторонами «Акту виконаних будівельних робіт». До акта приймання додається «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат». Оплата наданих послуг може проводитись поетапно проміжними платежами в міру надання послуг і здійснення їх приймання-передавання з оформленням актів за формою КБ-2в. Поетапна оплата здійснюється Замовником лише за умови фактичного надходження бюджетних коштів в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань. Джерело фінансування - кошти державного бюджету.
