Замовник здійснює оплату виконаних робіт за Договором після підписання Акту та Довідки, при наявності бюджетного фінансування. Всі виплати здійснюються після отримання Замовником відповідних бюджетних призначень. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування та/або нездійснення платежів не з вини Замовника, оплата за виконані роботи здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного фінансування та/або можливості здійснити платежі. У разі зміни бюджетного фінансування Замовника, він письмово повідомляє про це Генпідрядника. 10.2. Джерело фінансування закупівлі. Кошти місцевого бюджету.
