Description:

Джерело фінансування - кошти підприємства. Розмір часткової попередньої оплати (Авансу) становить не більше 50% (п’ятдесят відсотків) від ціни Договору. Якщо сума Авансу перевищує 1 000 000,00 грн. (один мільйон грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ, то Аванс сплачується Покупцем за умови надання Постачальником забезпечення повернення авансового платежу (у формі Банківської гарантії), при цьому сума Банківської гарантії забезпечення повернення авансового платежу повинна дорівнювати сумі Авансу. Аванс сплачується Покупцем протягом 25 банківських днів з дати отримання від Постачальника Рахунку на Аванс, а якщо Аванс перевищує суму 1 000 000,00 грн., то також за умови надання Постачальником (не пізніше дати передачі зазначеного в цьому підпункті Рахунку) оригіналу безвідкличної і безумовної Банківської гарантії забезпечення повернення авансового платежу (на паперовому носії та за формою згідно з Додатком __ до Договору). При сплаті Авансу податкова накладна реєструється Постачальником не пізніше 60 календарного дня з дати оплату авансу.
