Бензин А-92, А-95 та дизельне паливо

Бланки дозволу (талони) поставляються за адресою м. Київ, вул. Академіка Туполєва,21 Відпуск нафтопродуктів здійснюється з АЗС на території Святошинського району м. Києва на відстані не більше ніж 3 км від адреси розташування транспортної дільниці … Замовника (вул Академіка Туполєва,21, м. Київ). Кількість товару: 76000 л, у т. ч. Дизельне паливо – 52 000 л Бензин марки А-92 – 16 000 л Бензин марки А-95 – 8000 л Обсяги закупівлі по позиціям можуть зменшуватись, незалежно від орієнтовного обсягу, зазначеного в тендерній документації та виходячи з реальних об’ємів фінансування Замовника. Закупівля здійснюється окремими партіями за заявками Замовника на АЗС Учасника, що розташовані на відстані не більше 3 ( трьох ) км від адреси транспортної дільниці Замовника (вул. Академіка Туполєва,21, м. Київ). Якщо Учасник не має своєї мережі на заявленій території до тендерної пропозиції необхідно надати інформацію із роз’ясненням, як планує виконувати вимогу даного пункту. З метою підтвердження якості пального назва бренду нанесеного на талонах ( картках ) повинна відповідати назві бренду мережі АЗС, на яких можна отримати паливо. Учасник надає копії єдиного зразка бланків – талонів (дозволів ) лицьова та зворотня сторони на всі АЗС, на яких можливо отримати паливо – бензин А-92, А-95 та дизельне паливо ( згідно наданого списку розташування ( адрес ) АЗС 2. Предмет закупівлі отримується на основі талонів безпосередньо на АЗС Учасника. 3. Термін дії талонів ( карток ) повинен бути не менше 1-го року ( надається гарантійний лист ) . Початок дії талонів визначається фактичною датою передачі талонів Замовнику.

Description:

Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються за фактом постачання Товару. Покупець здійснює оплату Товару протягом 120 ( сто двадцять ) робочих днів з моменту підписання видаткової накладної щодо бланків-дозволів або скретч-карт, при наявності коштів на рахунку Покупця, ( зг. п. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України) та по мірі надходження фінансування з місцевого бюджету. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за Товар здійснюється протягом - 5 банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування товару на свій реєстраційний рахунок в ГУДКСУ м. Києва. Протягом всього періоду затримки бюджетного фінансування до Покупця не можуть застосовуватись штрафні санкції за порушення строків оплати за поставлений товар.
