Причини відміни торгів: відповідно до ч.1 ст. 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». З 03.05.2019 набрав чинності наказ МЕРТУ від 21.03.2019 № 463 щодо внесення змін до наказу МЕРТУ від 22.03.2016 № 490, зокрема в частині доповнення форм новим пунктом «Джерело фінансування закупівлі». Станом на момент оприлюднення оголошення про здійснення закупівлі була відсутня технічна можливість на електронному майданчику відобразити «Джерело фінансування закупівлі» відповідно до затвердженої форми. Внаслідок нереалізації в системі окремого поля на виконання вимог наказу № 490, Управління освіти та інноваційного розвитку Печерської районної в місті Києві державної адміністрації відміняє торги.
