Description:

Розрахунки за надання послуг з капітального ремонту обладнання рейкових автобусів PESA проводяться Замовником протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання акту приймання–передачі наданих послуг з ремонту обладнання в депо, що оформляється протягом 5 (п’яти) календарних днів від дати проведення капітального ремонту обладнання рейкових автобусів PESA в депо та надання рахунків на оплату, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Виконавця, але не раніше реєстрації податкової накладної. Оплата за надані послуги з капітального ремонту обладнання рейкових автобусів PESA по даному Договору проводиться Замовником при наявності податкової накладної, оформленої та зареєстрованої відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства України в Єдиному державному реєстрі податкових накладних. Замовник може здійснювати попередню оплату за надання послуг з капітального ремонту обладнання рейкових автобусів PESA в розмірі – 40% від вартості капітального ремонту кожної одиниці об’єкта ремонту, що визначено Додатком № 1 «Обсяги та ціни послуг з капітального ремонту обладнання рейкових автобусів PESA». У випадку здійснення Замовником попередньої оплати та ненадання Виконавцем послуг у встановлені договором терміни, Виконавець зобов’язується повернути сплачені кошти з урахуванням інфляційних витрат за весь час користування коштами та 7% штрафу від суми попередньої оплати Замовнику протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з моменту відповідного звернення Замовника.
