Description:

Замовник, за наявності рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів, може протягом бюджетного року здійснювати попередню оплату, на підставі рахунків наданих Підрядником та доданих до них переліків матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів необхідних для виконання робіт,які планується придбати, шляхом перерахунку коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника вказаний у Договорі відповідно до п.п. 3 п.1 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 117 від 23.04.2014 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», у сумі, що не перевищує розміру наданого забезпечення виконання Договору, у формі депозиту, але у будь якому разі не більше 30 відсотків вартості річного обсягу робіт. Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються щомісячно в межах 95 % виконаних робіт на підставі підписаних Сторонами Актів виконаних робіт. Замовник зобов’язаний оплатити прийняті роботи протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту надходження коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника на зазначені цілі, за умови надання дозволу органом Держказначейської служби України на проведення оплати.
