Тендерна пропозиція ТОВАРИСТВА З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "УАТП МЕДІАНА - ФІЛЬТР " відхиляється відповідно до пункту 4 частини 1 Статті 30 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», як така, що не відповідає умовам тендерної документації: - не відповідає пункту 9.5 частини 9 Додатку №5 до Тендерної документації оскільки в складі тендерної пропозиції учасника відсутній документ про наявність узгодження з компаніями «DOW Chemicals» , «DuPont» щодо можливості сумісної експлуатації запропонованих аналогів зі смолами виробництва зазначених компаній. Вирішили: - відхилити тендерну пропозицію учасника ТОВАРИСТВА З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ " УАТП МЕДІАНА-ФІЛЬТР " до проведення автоматичної оцінки тендерних пропозицій (аукціону). Відмінити торги на підставі частини 1 Статті 31 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", оскільки допущено до оцінки менше двох тендерних пропозицій.
