Description:

“Замовник” протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів після отримання Дозволу на виконання будівельних робіт та за наявності належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів, перераховує на небюджетний рахунок, відкритий на ім’я “Підрядника” в органах Казначейства у встановленому законодавством порядку, попередню оплату/аванс у розмірі - 30% річного обсягу фінансування. “Підрядник” зобов'язується використати одержану попередню оплату/аванс відповідно до вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 №117 (зі змінами), в тому числі пункту 21 та п.19 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001 №1764 (із змінами). По закінченні терміну невикористані кошти повертаються “Замовнику”

Description:

Подальшу оплату “Замовник” здійснює проміжними платежами за виконані роботи на підставі Акту приймання виконаних робіт (форма КБ-2в) і Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт (форма КБ-3), підписаних уповноваженими представниками сторін, протягом 10-ти днів з дати їх підписання за умови надходження коштів на розрахунковий рахунок “Замовника”. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, оплата за виконанні роботи здійснюється протягом 5-ти банківських днів з дати отримання “Замовником” бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій розрахунковий рахунок. Джерело фінансування закупівлі: кошти Державного бюджету.
