Розрахунки проводяться шляхом попередньої оплати, яка здійснюється на підставі постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва» від 27.12.2001р № 1764 в розмірі до 30 відсотків вартості за договором на строк не більш трьох місяців. По закінченню терміну невикористана сума попередньої оплати повертається Замовнику.

Description:

Подальші розрахунки за Договором здійснюються з урахуванням положень Загальних умов за фактично виконані Роботи на підставі актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма №КБ-2В) та довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат (форма №КБ-3) на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника. Оплата фактично виконаних Робіт здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) календарних днів з дня підписання документів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника при наявності коштів на реєстраційному рахунку Замовника в Державній казначейській службі України.
