Description:

Замовник здійснює проміжні платежі Підряднику за фактично надані Послуги, на підставі Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в), Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (форма КБ-3). Оплата фактично наданих Послуг здійснюється протягом 30 календарних днів з дати підписання вищевказаних документів. Після сплати сумарного платежу у розмірі 95% ціни Послуг, в тому числі ПДВ 20%, розрахунки призупиняються. Остаточний розрахунок за надані послуги, в розмірі 5% від ціни Послуг, в тому числі ПДВ 20%, Замовник оплачує Підряднику протягом 30 календарних днів з дати підписання Акту технічної комісії.
