Остаточний розрахунок та передача об’єкта, на якому завершено Роботи, здійснюється на підставі Акта приймання виконаних будівельних Робіт (форма № КБ-2в), Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних Робіт та витрати (форма КБ-3), Акта готовності об‘єкта до експлуатації з середніми та складними наслідками(СС3) та акту прийому-передачі виконавчої документації протягом 20 (двадцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання Акта приймання виконаних будівельних Робіт.
