Description:

Попередня оплата за роботи, що є предметом цього договору, здійснюється відповідно до вимог, встановлених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 р. № 117, за заявкою Підрядника при наявності фінансових ресурсів, у розмірі, що не перевищує 30% вартості робіт. Підрядник зобов’язується виконати роботи в обсязі суми попередньої оплати впродовж трьох місяців, але не пізніше кінцевого строку виконання робіт відповідно до п. 3.1. Договору. Після закінчення вказаного терміну, невикористані суми повертаються на рахунок Замовника в органі Держказначейства, а використані підтверджуються КБ-2в, КБ-3. Попередня оплата здійснюється шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів Підряднику на небюджетні рахунки, відкриті на його ім’я в органах Державної казначейської служби у встановленому законодавством порядку, з подальшим використанням зазначених коштів Підрядником виключно з таких рахунків на цілі, визначені Договором.

Розрахунки за цим Договором проводяться шляхом оплати за фактично виконані роботи та надання попередньої оплати. Оплата Замовником здійснюється протягом 15 банківських днів після підписання Сторонами акту прийняття виконаних будівельних робіт (ф. КБ-2в).
