Description:

Відповідно до Договору Розділ 4. ПОРЯДОК ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ОПЛАТИ 4.1. Розрахунки за фактично надані Послуги здійснюються Замовником у розмірі, вказаному в Специфікації витрат наданих Послуг (Додаток № 2 до Договору) на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг. 4.2. Оплата послуг здійснюється шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів після підписання Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг. 4.3. Для здійснення оплати Акт приймання-передачі наданих Послуг повинен бути належним чином оформлений (наявність печатки (за наявності), підписів тощо). 4.4. У разі затримки у виділенні бюджетних асигнувань розрахунки здійснюються протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних асигнувань на здійснення закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Замовника не застосовуються.
