Тендерна пропозиція Учасника не відповідає умовам тендерної документації від 14.08.2019 №15-03-415 (Редакція 02):  в ТЕНДЕРНІЙ ПРОПОЗИЦІЇ (ТЕХНІЧНІЙ ЧАСТИНІ) в стовпчику «Технічні/інші характеристики (технічна специфікація)» Учасником зазначено по всім позиціям робочій об’єм двигуна в кубічних сантиметрах, що не відповідає вимогам Специфікації РОЗДІЛУ І Додатку 1 та вимогам Додатку 3 Тендерної документації (одиниця виміру об‘єма двигуна вимагалася в літрах);  в ТЕНДЕРНІЙ ПРОПОЗИЦІЇ (ТЕХНІЧНІЙ ЧАСТИНІ) в стовпчику «Технічні/інші характеристики (технічна специфікація)» по четвертій позиції специфікації Учасником зазначено відповідність Європейським стандартам екологічності Євро 6, що не відповідає вимогам позиції 4 Специфікації РОЗДІЛУ І Додатку 1 та вимогам Додатку 3 Тендерної документації (вимагалось відповідність Європейським стандартам екологічності Євро 5);  не підтверджені повноваження директора Корнієнка О.М., що підписав документи, що входять до складу тендерної пропозиції та уповноважений на підписання договору про закупівлю, що не відповідає вимогам Додатку 6 Тендерної документації (Відповідно до пункту 8.8.2 наданого в складі тендерної пропозиції Статуту «Директор обирається Зборами учасників строком на п‘ять років і може бути достроково усунутий, а також призначений на черговий термін», проте надані в складі тендерної пропозиції наказ №84-к та протокол №14 зборів засновників ТОВ фірми «Алмаз Мотор, ЛТД» про призначення директора від 29.09.2006 року)
