Description:

Після реєстрації цього Договору в органі Державної казначейської служби України, у якому обслуговується Замовник, у разі необхідності Замовник вправі перерахувати Генпідряднику аванс у розмірі до 30% від загальної вартості робіт, передбаченої п.3.1. цього Договору, у тому числі аванс на 2019 р. становить __________ грн. ( ), у т.ч. ПДВ 20%, за наявності бюджетних коштів, передбачених відповідною програмою (цільовим призначенням), на строк не більше трьох місяців, але у будь-якому випадку до кінця поточного бюджетного року. Аванс у розмірі до 30 % вартості робіт Замовником може перераховуватись одноразовим платежем або поетапно (30%)

Оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється, з урахуванням суми фактично перерахованого авансу на відповідний поточний рік, на підставі актів здачі-приймання виконаних робіт КБ-2в, КБ-3 у відповідності до затвердженого кошторису та норм ДСТУ протягом тридцяти банківських днів з дня підписання акту про виконані роботи в межах затверджених кошторисних призначень на відповідний період за умови наявності фінансування та наявності асигнувань з державного бюджету через орган Державної казначейської служби України, у якому обслуговується Замовник(70%)
