До розгляду членам тендерного комітету надійшла службова записка начальника служби капітального будівництва від 27.08.2019 №58-10-1852 щодо відміни процедури закупівлі «Послуги з архітектурного проектування (Реконструкція пасажирського терміналу «D» з розширенням галереї від осі K-N/68 в ДП МА «Бориспіль» (інв. № 47578) (проектні роботи))» (код ДК 021:2015 - 71220000-6), у зв’язку з необхідністю уточнення переліку та обсягів робіт, що визначені Тендерною документацією від 30.07.2019 № 15-03-360 (редакція 02). Підстава відміни – абзац 3 частини 1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель). Торги на закупівлю «Послуги з архітектурного проектування (Реконструкція пасажирського терміналу «D» з розширенням галереї від осі K-N/68 в ДП МА «Бориспіль» (інв. № 47578) (проектні роботи))» (код ДК 021:2015 - 71220000-6) відмінити на підставі абзацу 3 частини 1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.

за І-м пусковим комплексом: 5% ціни робіт за І-м пусковим комплексом (аванс), Замовник перераховує на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця після підписання Сторонами Договору та надання Замовником Листа про початок виконання робіт, за умови виконання вимог, що зазначені в п. 4.1 Договору та надання Виконавцем банківської гарантії повернення авансового платежу на суму авансового платежу.(У разі якщо Виконавець не є платником податку на додану вартість, сума зазначається без ПДВ)*. За ІІ-м пусковим комплексом: 25% ціни робіт за ІІ-м пусковим комплексом (аванс), Замовник перераховує на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця після підписання Сторонами Договору та надання Замовником Листа про початок виконання робіт, за умови виконання вимог, що зазначені в п. 4.1 Договору та надання Виконавцем банківської гарантії повернення авансового платежу на суму авансового платежу. (У разі якщо Виконавець не є платником податку на додану вартість, сума зазначається без ПДВ)*

Description:

за І-м пусковим комплексом: Замовник перераховує решту ціни робіт за І-м пусковим комплексом (95%) протягом 30 календарних днів на поточний рахунок Виконавця після виконання наступних вимог, а саме: -оформлення Реєстру погодження підрозділами Замовника комплектів робочих креслень за І-м пусковим комплексом; - підписання Сторонами накладної про передачу проектної документації по І-му пусковому комплексу, яка узгоджена з підрозділами Замовника; - отримання 6-ти паперових примірників та однієї сканованої версії формату PDF (Portable Document Format) відкоригованої проектної документації відповідно до зауважень Замовника, а також електронної версії проектної документації в форматі програмного комплексу в якому вона розроблена (в тому числі звіти вишукувань та обстеження); - підписання Сторонами Акту здачі-приймання виконаних проектних, вишукувальних та додаткових робіт по І-му пусковому комплексу; - умови виконання вимог пункту 4.1 Договору. за ІІ-м пусковим комплексом: Замовник перераховує решту ціни робіт (75%) за ІІ-м пусковим комплексом протягом 30 календарних днів на поточний рахунок Виконавця після виконання наступних вимог, а саме: -оформлення Реєстру погодження підрозділами Замовника комплектів робочих креслень за ІІ-м пусковим комплексом; - підписання Сторонами накладної про передачу проектної документації по ІІ-му пусковому комплексу, яка узгоджена з підрозділами Замовника; - отримання 6-ти паперових примірників та однієї сканованої версії формату PDF (Portable Document Format) відкоригованої проектної документації відповідно до зауважень Замовника, а також електронної версії проектної документації в форматі програмного комплексу в якому вона розроблена (в тому числі звіти вишукувань та обстеження); - підписання Сторонами Акту здачі-приймання виконаних проектних, вишукувальних та додаткових робіт по ІІ-му пусковому комплексу; - умови виконання вимог пункту 4.1 Договору.
