В розмірі 90% від суми Договору на підставі підписаного Сторонами Акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг протягом 10 робочих днів з дня його підписання; Замовник оплачує решту загальної вартості наданих послуг за Договором протягом 10 робочих днів з дати підписання Сторонами Акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг після отримання Замовником позитивного комплексного висновку державної експертизи ПКД, розробленої згідно з Договором. У разі, якщо у висновку експертизи містяться зауваження до ПКД або якщо цей висновок є негативним, оплата Виконавцю решти загальної вартості наданих послуг за Договором проводиться після повного усунення Виконавцем вищезазначених негативних обставин у визначений Замовником строк.
