В звязку з тим що в тендерній пропозиції було вказано Встановлення обладнання для захисту від блискавок на приміщеннях бані і пральні Буднянської школи – інтернат за адресою Вінницька область, Шаргородський район, село Будне, вулиця Незалежності 2, та Виготовлення проєктно - кошторисної документації на приміщення бані і пральні, а переможцем аукціону пропонується тільки виготовлення проєктно - кошторисної документації. ч.1 ст 30 закону України «Про здійснення державних закупівель.
