Оплата здійснюватиметься згідно умов договору: 4.1. Оплата за надані Послуги здійснюється Замовником відповідно до виставленого рахунку впродовж 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами Акту приймання - передачі наданих Послуга належним чином оформленої податкової накладної, зареєстрованої в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних (далі - ЄРПН). Податкова накладна повинна бути зареєстрована в ЄРПН та складена в електронній формі із дотриманням умов щодо реєстрації електронного підпису уповноваженої Виконавцем особи у визначеному законодавством порядку. (У разі, якщо Виконавець не є платником ПДВ, податкова накладна не надається). 4.2. Форма розрахунків: безготівкова. 4.3. Вид безготівкового розрахунку: платіжне доручення. 4.4. Усі розрахунки між Сторонами здійснюються в національній валюті України. 4.5. Джерело фінансування - фінансовий план дирекції.
