Замовник може надавати підряднику аванс в розмірі не більше 30 % вартості річного обсягу робіт (на виконання робіт, поставку продукції - обладнання, надання послуг в будівництві) у разі наявності коштів на рахунку Замовника у порядку, передбаченому Постановами Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.01р. № 1764 “Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва” та від 23.04.14 № 117 “Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти”

Description:

2) Розрахунки за виконані роботи проводяться на підставі документів про обсяги виконаних робіт та їх вартість, якими є примірні форми № КБ-2в «Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» та КБ-3 «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати». Оплату виконаних робіт замовник проводить поетапно по мірі надходження з бюджету цільових коштів на оплату видатків для виконання будівельних робіт в сумі, що не перевищує розмір фактичного надходження коштів з бюджету. Подальша оплата виконаних робіт здійснюється при наступних надходженнях коштів з бюджету до проведення повного розрахунку (умова із відкладною обставиною відповідно до ч. 1 ст. 212 Цивільного кодексу України)
