Description:

Розрахунки проводяться Замовником поетапно, після завершення Підрядником погодженого Сторонами етапу, у вигляді проміжних платежів, протягом 10 календарних днів на підставі Актів приймання виконаних будівельних Робіт (форма № КБ-2в), виконавчої документації, актів на закриття прихованих робіт та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних Робіт та витрати (Форма № КБ-3), оформлених в установленому порядку. Кінцевий розрахунок та передача об’єкта, на якому завершено будівництво здійснюється на підставі Акта приймання виконаних будівельних Робіт (форма № КБ-2в), Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних Робіт та витрати (форма КБ-3), Акта готовності об‘єкта до експлуатації _____________ наслідками (СС_____) та акта прийому-передачі виконавчої документації. Акт приймання виконаних будівельних Робіт (типова форма № КБ-2в) готує Підрядник і передає його для підписання Замовнику в паперовому та електронному вигляді до 1-го числа місяця, що слідує за місяцем, в якому були виконані Роботи. Довідку про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (типова форма № КБ-3) готує Підрядник і передає її для підписання Замовнику в паперовому вигляді до 1-го числа місяця, що слідує за місяцем, в якому були виконані Роботи.
