ІV. ПОРЯДОК ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ОПЛАТИ (відповідно до умов договору) 4.1. З метою своєчасної реєстрації фінансових зобов’язань за цим Договором у Державній казначейській службі України Виконавець надає Замовнику належним чином оформлений акт приймання-передачі Послуг. Розрахунок за фактично надані Послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати підписання Сторонами акту приймання-передачі Послуг. 4.2. Розрахунки проводяться у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахунку коштів на рахунок Виконавця, вказаний у розділі XIII цього Договору. 4.3. У разі затримки у виділенні бюджетних асигнувань розрахунки здійснюються протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних асигнувань на здійснення закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Замовника не застосовуються.
