Фінансування закупівлі здійснюється за бюджетні кошти. Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються Покупцем в безготівковій формі у національній валюті України шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця. Оплата за Товар здійснюється Покупцем на підставі ч. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України лише за фактично отриманий Товар на підставі належним чином оформлених документів Продавця (видаткової накладної тощо) протягом 90 (девяноста) банківських днів після поставки Товару при наявності бюджетних призначень на ці цілі, з можливістю відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій
