Description:

Оплата здійснюється поетапно проміжними платежами на підставі підписаних сторонами актів виконаних підрядних робіт, складених за формою КБ-2в, актів змонтованого або встановленого обладнання і довідок про вартість виконаних підрядних робіт, складених за формою КБ-3. При цьому, замовник має право здійснювати кінцевий розрахунок у розмірі до 5 % від Договірної ціни, після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених Договором робіт, отримання документа про готовність об’єкта до експлуатації, протягом 35 робочих днів з дня передачі об’єкта експлуатуючій організації, при відсутності обмеження руху коштів по казначейським рахункам, а у разі настання останньої події в іншому бюджетному році, ніж в якому проводилося виконання робіт - при наявності лімітних призначень у поточному році. Строк оплати – 35 робочих днів – є орієнтовним і в будь-якому разі розрахунки проводяться в період дії договору.

Description:

Замовник, після отримання дозвільних документів на виконання будівельних робіт та визначення відсутності негативного фінансового результату Підрядника, має право надати аванс (для об’єктів будівництва і реконструкції) відповідно до п.19 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001 № 1764 (зі змінами) або попередню оплату (для об’єктів капітального ремонту) відповідно до п.п. 3 п.1 та п. 2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 № 117 (зі змінами) у розмірі до 30% від річного обсягу фінансування, але не більш ніж 30% від Договірної ціни за весь період реалізації проекту, який/яку Підрядник зобов'язується використати протягом трьох місяців після одержання, але у будь-якому разі не пізніше ніж до кінця поточного бюджетного року. По закінченні терміну невикористані кошти повертаються Підрядником Замовнику, але не пізніше останнього дня терміну відпрацювання авансу/попередньої оплати. Надання авансу або попередньої оплати не є обов’язком Замовника.
