Перед початком робіт Замовник сплачує Генпідряднику попередню оплату для виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт у розмірі, що не перевищує 30% від загального річного обсягу робіт згідно рахунку у термін - 10 календарних днів, згідно Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.04.2014 р. № 117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» та Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001 р. № 1764 «Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва» аванс надається на 3 місяці з моменту виплати.
