зазначена процедура оскаржувалася Учасником в антимонопольному комітеті України та 12.08.2019 р. було винесено рішення, яким зобо´вязано Замовника внести відповідні зміни до тендерної документації. Однак, 19.08.2019 р. у зв´язку із технічною помилкою до тендерної документації були включені зміни не в повному обсязі як того вимагає антимонопольний комітет України, чим порушено вимоги Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі». У зв´язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель пропонується відмінити процедуру закупівлі: Код за ДК 021:2015 – 44110000-4 Конструкційні матеріали (Асфальтобетонна суміш В-10, АЛІТ П) (№UA-2019-07-05-000192-b).
