Description:

Страхувальник після підписання цього Договору здійснює оплату страхового платежу на підставі отриманого Акту про надання послуг від Страховика шляхом перерахування Страхувальником коштів на поточний рахунок Страховика, вказаний в розділі 17 цього Договору, протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з дня підписання цього Акту. Днем оплати є дата списання коштів з рахунку Страхувальника вказаного в розділі 17 цього Договору. Джерелом фінансування є кошти місцевого бюджету міста Києва. Відповідальність Страховика починається з 00 годин 00 хвилин дня наступного за днем сплати страхового платежу Страхувальником згідно з п. 3.4. цього Договору і закінчується о 24 годині 00 хвилин 31 грудня 2019 року. Розрахунки проводяться Страхувальником на підставі частини першої статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України в національній валюті України в безготівковій формі. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за надані Послуги здійснюються протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Страхувальником бюджетного фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
