Description:

Джерело фінансування закупівлі - державний бюджет України. Замовник може надавати Підряднику аванс (попередня оплата) в розмірі, що не перевищує 30% від загальної річної вартості робіт, відповідно «Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва», затвердженого Постановою КМУ від 27.12.2001 № 1764 та Постанови КМУ «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» від 23.04.2014 № 117. Підрядник зобов’язується використати одержаний аванс (попередню оплату) на витрати необхідні для виконання робіт протягом не більше трьох місяців після одержання авансу (попередньої оплати), що буде підтверджено примірними формами КБ-2в «Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт», КБ-3 «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати». У випадку, коли аванс (попередня оплата) надається в останньому кварталі року (вересень-грудень) – надається строком до 20 грудня поточного року.

Розрахунки за виконані роботи проводяться на підставі документів про обсяги виконаних робіт та їх вартість, якими є акти виконаних робіт (КБ-2в, КБ-3). Оплату виконаних робіт Замовник проводить по мірі надходження з бюджету коштів на оплату видатків по роботі за даним об’єктом в сумі, що не перевищує розмір фактичного надходження коштів з бюджету.
