Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом: оплати Замовником, на підставі норм Постанови КМУ "Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва" №1764 від 27.12.201 року та Постанови КМУ "Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" №117 від 23 квітня 2014 р., попередньої оплати (авансу) на організацію виконання робіт та придбання матеріалів в розмірі не більше 30 (тридцяти) % від вартості робіт, що фінансуються у 2019 році на строк не більше 90 календарних днів, але в будь-якому випадку до завершення бюджетного періоду. Відповідно до п.2.1 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України "Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" №117 від 23 квітня 2014 року, попередня оплата здійснюється шляхом спрямування Замовником бюджетних коштів Підряднику (крім нерезидентів) на небюджетний рахунок, відкритий на ім'я Підрядника в органах Казначейства у встановленому законодавством порядку, з подальшим використанням зазначених коштів Підрядником виключно з такого рахунку на цілі, визначені цим договором про закупівлю робіт
