Замовник надає попередню оплату на виконання робіт за цим Договором в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника на підставі рахунку на попередню оплату, протягом 7 ( сьоми) банківських днів з моменту отримання рахунку. Здійснення попередньої оплати у розмірі не більше 30% вартості робіт.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником протягом 10 банківських днів після підписання Сторонами акту прийняття виконаних будівельних робіт (ф. КБ-2в) (КБ-3). Оплата виконаних робіт може проводитись поетапно проміжними платежами в міру виконання робіт і здійснення їх приймання-передавання з оформленням актів за формою КБ-2в. Поетапна оплата здійснюється Замовником лише за умови фактичного надходження бюджетних коштів в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань.
