- Тендерна пропозиція Учасника не відповідає умовам Тендерної документації: - в тендерній пропозиції (технічній частині) від 12.06.2019 № ESA/12/06/17-01 запропоновано «Тягач дизельний виробництва КНР компанії “Orientitan Ground Support Equipment” (п.16. Технічної специфікації), вимагалось – «Тягач новий, модель ATA 5000 GSE (країна виробника Італія), або COMET – 4D (країна виробника Німеччина), або JST-30 (країна виробника Франція)», що не відповідає вимогам п.16 Специфікації Додатку 1 Тендерної документації від 20.06.2019№ 15-03- 281 (редакція 05). - Гарантійний (авторизаційний) лист від виробника компанії “Orientitan Ground Support Equipment” не містить інформацію, якою виробник підтверджує можливість Учасника поставити запропонований Товар, відповідно до встановлених якісних та технічних характеристик, в запропонований Учасником строк ( в наданому листі підтверджено можливість закінчити виробництво товару протягом 120 календарних днів після першого внеску ), що не відповідає вимогам п.5 Додатку2.
