Description:

Виконавець зобов’язується оформити передплату на суму проплаченого замовлення - ДК 021:2015 код 22212000-9 - періодичні видання у кількості 7864 примірників на ІІ півріччя 2019 року та доставляти Замовнику при їх надходженні до Виконавця, відповідно до переліку вказаного Замовником в межах України. Замовник зобов’язується оплатити замовлення на умовах, визначених Договором. Замовник проводить оплату періодичних видань за цінами, визначеними у Каталозі видань України, у Каталозі видань зарубіжних країн та Каталозі періодичних видань місцевої сфери розповсюдження. Розрахунки здійснюються по попередній оплаті відповідно до положень Постанови КМУ від 23.04.14 №117 (зі змінами).
