Description:

Замовник може здійснювати оплату виконаних робіт/наданих послуг після завершення повного комплексу робіт передбачених проектом, технічним завданням тендерної документації (регенерації, нижнього шару, верхнього шару, освітлення, колесовідбію, тощо) на всій ділянці об’єкту ремонту, або частинами за такий комплекс робіт виконаний на окремих ділянках протяжністю не менше одного кілометра. Замовник залишає за собою право на проведення щомісячної оплати за виконання робіт Виконавцю в розмірі, що становить 80 % (відсотків) від суми, зазначеної в прийнятих актах виконаних робіт. Остаточний розрахунок 20% - по завершенню виконання усіх робіт на об’єкті. Попередня оплата може здійснюватися щомісячно у межах 30% від вартості завдання на наступний місяць відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 23.04.2014 р. №117 «Про здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» терміном не більше одного календарного місяця відповідно до належним чином оформленого рішення Укравтодору та лише щодо послуг, надання яких здійснюється протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. При цьому загальна сума коштів, на яку здійснюється авансування помісячно, не може сумарно перевищувати 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт.
